will host a historic presentation focusing on Coal Dredges
operating on the Susquehanna up to 1972.
If you thought the TMI generators were interesting,
come and be amazed by earlier steam power.
Also, we will look at some local businesses mentioned in a letter written
by a young girl raised in Washington Boro before 1900.
After the presentation:
Seniors
share stories and photographs.
Last year we learned about lawbreakers
and skinny-dipping from our
senior citizen population.
What will this year reveal?

SPRING CLEANUP
The annual
clean-up of the grounds and interior
of the Heritage Center is scheduled for
Saturday, April 3rd.
Bring gloves, rakes,
trimmers, and supplies.
We will begin at 8:30 a.m. until noon.
